The hotel was founded in 1950 and has age-old ties with the seaman of the "Norddeutsche Loyd" and Bremer harbour. The hotel is a privately run business, which has been in the same family for over 3 generations. Inside you will find souvenirs from the period of the luxury steamboat "Columbus".
We ask guests arriving after 22:00 hours to give a short notice of their late arrival to the hotel.
The day starts with an elaborate breakfast buffet for our guests, offering organic food, and warm ham and eggs. The guest has the choice between smoking or non-smoking corner. Our team additionally serves warm / cold beverages and snacks throughout the day. A restaurant is across the street (“Pott un Pann”).
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
No deposit will be charged.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Free public parking is possible on site.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
